How is my package shipped?

Tinted-lily.uk ship through standard letter mail with the Royal Mail. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Expedited and Priority shipping options are available at checkout! 

Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

How are your scrunchies made?

At Tinted Lily, our scrunchies are all made with care and precision by Danielle. We believe in creating high-quality hair accessories that not only look good but also last a long time.

Firstly, we choose the best quality fabrics like cotton, silk, and velvet to ensure the durability and comfort of our scrunchies. Once we have chosen the fabric, we carefully cut it into strips of the appropriate size and shape.

Next, the cut fabric strips are sewn together, leaving an opening for the elastic band to be inserted. We use a strong and durable elastic band that provides the perfect amount of stretch and ensures a comfortable fit for all hair types.

Once the elastic band has been inserted, the opening is sewn shut. Finally, we finish off the scrunchie by hand-stitching it to provide extra strength and durability.

We are committed to producing eco-friendly products, and our scrunchies are no exception. All our fabrics are sourced sustainably, and we use minimal packaging to reduce waste.

What are your scrunchies sizes?

At Tinted Lily, our scrunchies come in four different sizes to accommodate all hair types!

Our small scrunchies are perfect for those with thin or short hair. They measure approximately 2 inches in diameter, and their elastic bands are ideal for securing small sections of hair.


Our medium scrunchies measure approximately 3 inches in diameter, making them a great choice for those with medium-thickness hair. They are also suitable for creating half-up hairstyles without being too bulky.


Our large scrunchies are approximately 4 inches in diameter and are perfect for those with thick or curly hair. Their strong elastic bands can hold even the most unruly hair in place.


Finally, for those who are looking to make a statement, we have our XL scrunchies. These oversized scrunchies measure approximately 7-8 inches in diameter and are guaranteed to turn heads. They are great for creating voluminous up-dos and are perfect for those with long, thick hair.


No matter your hair type or style, we have a scrunchie that will work for you. With our variety of scrunchie sizes, you can mix and match to create the perfect hair accessory collection.

The scrunchie that I wanted is sold out! When will it be back in stock?

Restock times vary! If an item is a limited edition it will not be restocked.

While there are many reasons, restock times are largely dependent on the availability of the specific fabric and the time it takes Danielle to remake all of her products. We source our material locally from many different locations, and sometimes we buy their remaining stock of a particular fabric. Sometimes these fabrics come back in stock and, unfortunately, sometimes they don’t!

Why Do My Scrunchies Look a Bit Different From the Picture?

If you have recently purchased scrunchies and noticed that they look slightly different from the picture, there could be a number of reasons for this.

Firstly, it's important to note that the colour and texture of the fabric in real life may differ slightly from what you see online. The lighting, camera settings, and editing can all have an impact on how the product appears in photographs. In addition, different screens may show colours differently, which could contribute to the discrepancy in appearance.

My scrunchie has started to tear, what do I do?

If your favourite scrunchie has begun to tear and show signs of wear and tear, don't worry! There are a few things you can do to try and save it before it's too late.

Firstly, try hand-stitching the tear with a needle and thread. It may not be the most glamorous solution, but it could be a quick fix that gives your scrunchie a fresh lease of life. If you're not confident in your sewing skills, don't worry- there are plenty of online tutorials and how-to guides available that can walk you through the process.

Another option is to use fabric glue or a fabric patch to mend the tear. This might be a better option if the tear is larger or more visible, as it can help to disguise the damage and reinforce the scrunchie material.

However, if the tear is significant or has caused irreparable damage to the scrunchie, it may be time to retire it. But fear not- there are plenty of scrunchies out there just waiting to become your new go-to hair accessory!
